What are your minimum order quantities?
Usually, the minimum order quantity is one carton of the chosen product, unless stated otherwise. On each product page, you will find information regarding carton quantities and minimum order requirements. If you do not wish to purchase an order of this size, we can provide you with the name of one of our customers who will be able to supply the product in smaller quantities.
What are your delivery costs?
For UK orders of 100,000 capsules or tablets and above, prices will generally include delivery costs. Below this, delivery costs depend on the amount and weight of ordered products and they are calculated separately for every order. We can provide you with estimated delivery costs along with your free quote. For deliveries outside of the UK, please get in touch for more information.
How do you ensure the top quality of your products?
We only sell top quality products from carefully chosen manufacturers. All products are thoroughly tested by our manufacturers and often by third-party labs as well, confirming the high-quality of the products.
In order to ensure superior quality products, we’ve only chosen suppliers that are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified, as this guarantees that their facilities are audited for compliance with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations. It’s worth mentioning that the internal quality standards of our manufacturers are often more strict than statutory standards.
Our main supplier has been awarded a full range of international certificates, including GMP and BRC (British Retail Consortium) and they also passed their FDA audit with zero observations. All our products are supplied to customers with certificates of analysis confirming the use of first-grade ingredients.
What are your delivery times?
For orders placed before 2pm, we offer Next Day Delivery within the UK mainland. This applies to all regular stock lines available from our UK warehouse. For European destinations, the usual delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days. If a product is out of stock, you can find the expected delivery date on the product page. For bespoke formulas and new products, our delivery time is between 10 to 12 weeks.
What form do your products come in?
All bulk products are packed in moisture-resistant bags within carton boxes. Multiple cartons will generally be palletized. We also offer finished goods in a wide range of retail packaged formats. Please see examples of our packaging here or contact us to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer credit terms to trade customers?

Do you offer samples of your products?
Yes, we offer samples of all our product lines to trade customers on request. We want you to be sure about your requirements before placing an order. Please enquire if you wish to receive samples of any chosen product line together with its specification and certificate of analysis.
Is the stock information on your website accurate?
We make every effort to ensure that the stock information presented online is up-to-date, however, we cannot guarantee the complete availability of all products shown. Please contact us to make sure the products you require are available. Our stocklist is updated every week and you can view it here.
Do you distribute products outside of the UK?
Yes, our customer base includes many European companies who order from us regularly. Delivery costs and time estimations are calculated for every order and sent to customers together with their free quote.

HTC Health’s key strength is our capacity to manage sourcing projects from start to finish. Using our years of expertise, we can help with creating formulas, sampling, manufacturing, packaging, labelling and even branding. The result is high-quality finished products, ready to sell.
